Time is spent establishing poses, utilizing yoga props to ensure effective positioning and comfort. You will then spend some time in each position to experience the therapeutic effects.

Vinyasa Yoga is a popular style that moves from pose to pose with constant attention to breath. Balance, power, fluidity, flexibility and alignment are focused on also. This type of flow helps in relief of stiffness and muscle tension, and usually leaves practitioners feeling clear and energized.
