Dawna is a group fitness expert who loves helping people reach their fitness goals.
She has over 10 years excelling in the fitness industry. In that time she has become a program design and development consultant. In addition to being a canfitpro PRO TRAINER for the Fitness Instructor Specialist Certification, she is a Master Trainer for multiple branded fitness programs; Lole Women Fitness Ambassador; Group Fitness Instructor (Socacize, Zumba, Insanity, PiYo, Bootcamps, Tabata Bootcamp, etc.); Fitness Industry Educator and CPR Certified.

Jeff Tam

Karate and Anti Bullying Instructor
Sensei Jeff has been practicing Karate and Chinese Martial Arts for over 25 years.  He has learnt Karate and Kung Fu from Chinese and Japanese Masters and has achieved:   Second Degree Black Belt in Wado Ryu Karate;    First Degree Black Belt in GoJu Ryu Karate;    Brown Belt in Filipino Arnis.   Martial Arts for Sensei Jeff is self discipline and training in character and body.   He has taught in various schools and centers since 2000; and likes to teach those who are eager to learn the art.

Sarah is a Socacize instructor who is passionate about  dance and dance fitness.
She has been teaching dance for over 10 years and most recently started instructing Socacize.  Sarah is a certified Socacize instructor and First Aid/CPR certified.
Sarah thoroughly enjoys seeing her students having a good time a likes to see when she’s made a positive impact on students.

Sarah believes that dance is about staying fit and having fun!

Sarah Pitre

Calisthenics Coach Sarah trained within the sport of competitive gymnastics from the age of 5 to 14. After finishing her gymnastics career she became certified with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) in level 2 women’s and men’s artistic gymnastics, and level 1 trampoline. She has been coaching within the sport for the past 5 years as it brings her great joy to be able to help her students in optimizing their performance and quality of life. Practicing calisthenics enables athletes to gain functional core strength, balance, fitness and flexibility. Sarah’s schooling within the field of Kinesiology gives her great insight as a calisthenics coach.

Teria Morada-Fernandes

Latin Dance Instructor
Teria is an Entertainer, Professional Singer/Lyricist, Dance/Choreographer, former 2 time Jr. Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion & National Team Member. Also, a multiple Latin Dance Champion and a Professional & Exprienced, Dance & Fitness Instructor. Teria is the 2017 Entertainer of the year deemed by the Latin Community! Tingting Lin

Fitness / Zumba Instructor

Tingting has been teaching Zumba for over a year. She is certified in Zumba Basic 1&2, and recently completed her Zumba Strong license. Her passion for dance and fitness had lead her to teach Zumba. Zumba is the perfect combination of fun and fitness, and for adults who enjoys dance and a good workout. She has taught classes for various participants ranging from beginners to older adults, anyone can join in to enjoy a great Zumba workout!  Class focuses on all elements of fitness and improving cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.

Zola Alleyne

Fitness Instructor
My name is Zola Alleyne and I have been teaching group fitness for the past 5 years. My group fitness sessions are inspired by soca music and I combine soca dance moves and aerobic moves for a fun, invigorating work out experience. I also teach boot camp classes utilising high intensity exercises with short rest intervals.

My enthusiasm and concern for my clients’/students’ success is demonstrated in my approach to teaching. My desire to become a fitness instructor was fueled by my love for fitness and health.
